Warning!!! Stay away. Very rude, very disrespectful, very unreliable. My family and I have been calling them to reserve a rental property for 3 weeks. Each time we call we get the same 2 owners who have no idea of any conversations we have had with them in the past. No less than 4 times they have said they are emailing us a contract, sending pictures, and sending more information on the rental. Each time i received no email. After waiting a couple of days, I would call back and it was like it was the first time speaking to them. Stay away for the sake of your vacation! Do not book anything with these owners!
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING HOMES!!!! This small town has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Very family friendly with so many things, unique to this town. The lakefront homes have some great views and the resort homes come with lots of amenities. The owners and employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. They strive to make your vacation a wonderful and relaxing experience where you can go home not needing another vacation from your vacation.
BEST RENTAL HOME EVER!!!! From check in to check out the staff was amazing. The house was very well stocked with everything that we needed. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we will definitely go back.
You should avoid this rental agency if you plan on having a peaceful vacation! I have documentation of daily contact with them concerning multiple problems during our stay, 2 of which were resolved quickly, however the constant sewer smell in the home wasn't fixed and the owner of the home stated that there was "something wrong with me" and that "This renter may even do this habitually (complain, try to get discounts, etc.) The rental agency rep has accused me of "falsifying statements" after explaining to her that the neighbors made the same complaints about the home they were renting. This has been a huge learning experience and has reminded me of why I won't rent a vacation home ever again, especially from this company! I will return to camping in my 5th wheel.
After spending a fantastic week in Lake Lure NC, I have to recommend Lake Country Vacation Rentals !! The home was just as described, lovely views, very clean. It was a pleasant experience from booking, all thru the week! Already planning next year's vacation ☺☺☺☺☺
