I have to write this because Carolina Properties deserves it. The accommodations were great,my grandchildren,daughter-in-law,sons and wife had a great time.The mountain home was beyond our expectations. But that's not why I feel I have to write this.
While we were their we visited Asheville. We went by Sierra Neveda, which was amazing by the way. Besides enjoying the beer and brewer we visited the gift shop. I bought a Sierra Nevada leash and collar plus a few other things.
These are the nicest people that you will ever meet. Check in and out are so simple. Juve cabin is beautiful. The sights are breathtaking. Saw a half a dozen deer and a bobcat. It was a tiny one though so don't worry lol. I was terrified that I would have to deal with bears but 8 nights and not one knock on wood. Everything you need is right here. We will definitely be returning.
Fantastic customer service. Home was unbelievable; had everything we needed and was spotless! Cleanest home we have ever rented! Easy check in and out. We visit the Lake Lure area frequently and Carolina Properties will be our definite destination for all of our family's vacation rentals.
We stayed at the Juve Cabin for the week end , was gorgeous it snowed Saturday and gave us memories to last forever. Also went to biltmore, Christmas decoration were up was breathtaking.
Only one negative is the welcome “book” ... many restriction including taking you trash with you and if you plan on having more garbage to bring your own trash bag .... everything else was great
The next day as we get all the grandchildren together and gathering everything to leave, guess what? After returning home I realized I had left the items I had purchased form the Sierra Nevada's gift shop in the mountain home. The next day I called Carolina Properties. The lady who answered said she was actually out checking on their properties and would go by the home. My four legged family members were excited to get their new Sierra Neveda items in the mail. I was amazed. Carolina Properties not only found my items they did not charge me any shipping. I know this is a long review but Carolina Properties got my attention and deserved my time. Thank you Carolina Properties.
Finding and renting a place was simple. Was not too thrilled about the check in process. The company never followed up to ensure we received our check-in instructions via email. Which, after digging through the junk mail we eventually found while sitting in the parking lot of the closed business. They did return our phone calls after about two hours. They should have been more clear in the check-in process. I believed we were going to a business with a live person to assist us which was not the case.
