Quiet, peaceful, well kept and beautiful scenery. Love this park. We go to it once a year and it never grows old.
Beautiful town park on Lake Lure NC: tremendous trails, lushious landscaping, great gazebo, mini marina.
This was a pretty cool place to go walk around and see some of Lake Lure. Definitely worth the drive down in. Everything there is so beautiful! We packed food and had a picnic at the park and got to just hang out by the lake. It's absolutely picture worthy!
Morse Park is located in Lake Lure. Morse Park offers a very large parking area, a Marina where they offer lake tours seasonally, there's also a wonderful paved walking trail, attached to the side of the parking lot is a beautiful Boardwalk across the lake, they offer a large grassy area to play volleyball or anything of that sort, fishing is allowed from certain areas on the Morse Park Trail. They Visitor Center is located in the parking lot as well as the town hall and police station and it's within walking distance of the Lake Lure flowering Bridge.
We really enjoyed the park. It seemed that not only our group but everyone else was enjoying it as well.
